Questions families ask
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
If you are currently on our Reservation List, a $1,000 puppy deposit is required when you select your puppy. This deposit secures your chosen puppy and is applied toward the puppy's total purchase price.
If you are not on our Reservation List and choose a puppy currently listed as available, a $1,500 puppy deposit is required to secure that puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price.
Once a puppy has been selected and the deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable. At that point, your puppy is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer offered to other prospective families.
How big is my puppy going to be?
While we understand that adult size is an important consideration when choosing your puppy, a puppy's mature size and weight can never be guaranteed.
We use our experience, the size and lineage of the parents, birth weight, and the puppy's early growth patterns to provide the best possible estimate of expected adult size. As your puppy grows, we can often refine that estimate based on their individual development.
However, genetics can sometimes surprise us- even puppies from the same litter can mature at noticeably different sizes. For this reason, any projected adult weight provided by Lil Luxe Pups should be considered an educated estimate rather than a guarantee.
We will always be transparent about what we are seeing and provide our best guidance to help you select a puppy whose anticipated size is a good fit for your family.
Do you deliver or ship?
Yes! We offer several convenient options to make bringing your Lil Luxe puppy home as easy and stress-free as possible.
Families are always welcome to pick up their puppy from us in Scottsdale, Arizona. For families located locally, we can also arrange home delivery for a small additional fee.
For our out-of-state families, we offer a personal travel concierge nanny service. Your puppy travels safely in the cabin with their dedicated travel companion and can be personally delivered to your local airport. You may also choose to fly into Phoenix, where we can arrange to meet you at the airport with your puppy.
Travel and delivery fees vary based on destination and travel arrangements and will be discussed with you in advance.
We never ship our puppies as cargo. Your puppy's safety and comfort are always our priority.
Do you offer support after puppy goes home?
At Lil Luxe Pups, our commitment to you and your furry companion extends far beyond the adoption day. We believe in providing a lifetime of support and guidance to ensure that you and your new best friend enjoy a truly amazing life together.
From the moment you bring your puppy home, we are here to assist you every step of the way. Whether you have questions about training, nutrition, health, or simply need a friendly ear to share your puppy’s latest antics, we’re just a phone call or message away.
We understand the profound bond between a pet parent and their four-legged family member. That’s why we offer you our unwavering support, even long after your puppy has grown into adulthood. We are dedicated to being your trusted resource and partner throughout your journey together.
Can I visit before I commit?
We raise our puppies inside our home as we strongly believe that home-raised puppies is the ethical and the healthiest way to raise them. Therefore, we do not allow visitations to our home to those who are not current Puppy Parent owners in our program.
We embrace modern technology to keep you connected with our puppies every step of the way! Instead of in-person visits, we invite you to "visit" us online through our website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest! You can see our dogs and watch your puppies grow!
We regularly capture photos and videos, sharing updates on social media as well as personalized texts almost daily so you can experience their journey from the comfort of your home. For those on our Reservation List, we also offer video calls, giving you a personalized way to meet your future pup!
How do I join your Reservation List?
If you know a Lil Luxe puppy is in your future but you’re not quite ready to bring one home, our Reservation List allows you to plan ahead without selecting a specific puppy today.
Start by completing our puppy application and sharing your preferences, including breed, gender, anticipated size, coloring and ideal timeframe. Once approved, you may join our Reservation List with a $500 reservation fee, which is applied toward the purchase price of your future puppy.
When upcoming litters arrive, families on our Reservation List are given the opportunity to select their puppy in reservation order before remaining puppies are made available to the public.
Your reservation is not tied to one specific litter, giving you the flexibility to wait for the puppy and timing that feel right for your family.How do I join your Reservation List?
