Reservation List and Application
Our Reservation List is Open!
We’ve established a reservation list that requires both an approved application and a $500 reservation fee. This fee will be credited toward the total price of your chosen puppy.
You also have the option to wait and see if any puppies are available after the reservation list has been filled. However, please be aware that priority for puppy selection will be given to families who are already on the reservation list.

Reservation Fees and Deposits
At Lil Luxe Pups, we understand the importance of securing your desired puppy. To ensure that your chosen puppy is reserved exclusively for you, we have a reservation process in place.
Reservation Fee:
To reserve your puppy and guarantee that it will not be sold to another family, we require a non-refundable* reservation fee of $500. This fee helps us plan accordingly and secure your spot and selection in the current or upcoming litters. The reservation fee can be paid in cash, Zelle or through ApplePay. This reservation fee of $500 is applied to the cost of your puppy and can be applied to up to 4 litters.
Deposit:
Once the birth of the puppies occurs, you will make the decision to stay in the litter and secure your selection spot or choose to roll to a different litter. If you choose to stay in the current litter, we collect a puppy deposit of $1,000 to hold your selection spot in that litter. This deposit further confirms your commitment and ensures that your chosen puppy is set aside for you. At this time, we encourage you to select a puppy from the litter and secure your little one at that time.
If a puppy is listed as “Available” on our Current Puppies Page, and the puppy is not pending selection from a reservation list, you may choose to purchase that puppy now and not wait.
Pickup or Travel Arrangements:
If you are a local resident to Arizona, you will be required to come to our home for the pickup of your puppy. For those located outside of the local area, we can arrange for a travel companion to meet you at the Phoenix airport or your local airport, with applicable travel fees.
Once on the Reservation List - Here Are Next StepsDeposit:
Once your application and reservation fee is received, you’ll be added to our reservation list (in order of receipt). When we have a new litter, we’ll reach out to those on the list to begin reserving puppies. If during the reservation process, you’ve requested a particular litter, color, size, or gender preference and those aren’t available in the current litter, we’ll still contact you. We understand that preferences can change, so we want to ensure you have the opportunity to choose a puppy that feels like the right fit.
Families on the reservation list will be contacted in the order their reservation fee was received. You can choose to select a puppy from the current litter or wait for the next one. If you decide to pass on a particular litter, we’ll continue down the list until all the puppies are reserved. When a new litter arrives, we’ll start the selection process again from the top of the list.
Remaining Balance and Installments:
The remaining balance is to be paid every two weeks that will follow the installment plan outlined in our agreement. The agreement provides details on the payment schedule and terms.

Selecting Your Puppy
Puppies will be selected in application order and review at the discretion of the breeder. Meaning, if you are number one on the list (after receiving your reservation fee) and make a selection and deposit, a puppy will be held specifically for you. Please see our selection process. Should you elect to not take a puppy you selected, the deposit and payments are forfeited and non-refundable.
We expect a relationship to develop over the 8-9 weeks! We will be sending videos and pictures! You’ll get to meet the other future parents of the litter!
*We reserve the right to remove people from our waitlist and reservation list, and not sell a puppy regardless of application status and deposit, and will not be held accountable or responsible for any decisions made by those ahead of you on the waitlist. An agreement is signed and explained before any money is exchanged.

Ensuring the Well-being of Our Puppies: Temporary Boarding Services
At Lil Luxe Pups, we prioritize the social development and well-being of our puppies. It is crucial for them to transition to their forever homes within a reasonable timeframe to promote healthy bonding and socialization. However, we understand that certain circumstances may arise where you may need temporary assistance with boarding your puppy.
Temporary Boarding Services:
If you have a scheduled vacation or events that would conflict with bringing home a young puppy, we offer temporary boarding services to help accommodate your needs. Our experienced team will provide a safe and nurturing environment for your puppy until you are ready to welcome them into your home.
Price and Agreements:
The cost for our temporary boarding services is $50 per day. This fee covers the care, feeding, and supervision required during your puppy’s stay with us.

Visitation Policy
We Do Not Allow Visitors
We raise our puppies inside our home as we strongly believe that home raised puppies is the ethical and the healthiest way to raise them. Therefore, we do not allow visitations to our home to those who are not current Puppy Parent owners in our program.
Our Commitment to Healthy and Happy Puppies
We take immense pride in our reputation, dedication and the extraordinary care we provide to our puppies. Due to the high demand for our pups, we receive multiple inquiries daily, many from families wanting to visit and spend time with our dogs before making a decision.
While we understand the desire to meet a puppy in person, our top priority is their health and safety. Young puppies have fragile immune systems and are highly susceptible to serious illnesses such as Parvovirus, Canine Influenza and Kennel Cough – diseases that can unknowingly be carried in on our hands, clothing or shoes. Additionally, our mothers are naturally protective of their litter and frequent visitors can cause stress.
Many outdated puppy-buying guides encourage visiting breeders before purchasing, but they often fail to consider the risks this poses to both the puppies and the breeding program.
For these reasons, we strictly enforce a no-visitor policy to ensure the well-being of our dogs. We are always happy to provide detailed updates, videos, and photos to help you choose the right puppy for your family. When you obtain a puppy from Lil Luxe Pups, you can trust that you’re bringing home a well-cared-for, healthy, and lovingly raised companion.
Modern Visitation
We embrace modern technology to keep you connected with our puppies every step of the way! Instead of in-person visits, we invite you to “visit” us online through our website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest! You can see our dogs and watch your puppies grow!
We regularly capture photos and videos, sharing updates on social media as well as personalized texts almost daily so you can experience their journey from the comfort of your home. For those on our Reservation List, we also offer video calls, giving you a personalized way to meet your future pup!
